We have opened numerous tickets for the sole purpose of requesting kibana logs for various issues as the page views are not detailed enough for us to investigate issues reported by our end users. We have also had a few ongoing cases where Canvas support has not been able to "nail down" a cause so we have been investigating solutions to assist in monitoring our Canvas instance. At a conference, our CIO heard about Splunk. We wanted to see if Canvas or any colleges are using this product and/or something similar.
Splunk also has an integration with AWS so we were wondering what would be the likelihood of having this installed on our Canvas instance.
