Has anyone had experience with integrating tutoring software, such as WC Online, into Canvas?
While I have not had any experience with integrating a tutoring service in Canvas, I did search the list of LTI tools that are available. I found one called NetTutor that you might want to investigate. Here is their website: NetTutor | On-demand online tutoring |Tutors available in science, technology, engineering, math, business, spanish, nur…
Depending on the LTI app, some are free and some are paid. Setting up an LTI app usually involves some additional setup (usually by one of the admins for your instance of Canvas). Here's the link from the EduAppCenter on this app: Edu App Center: NetTutor.
It might be worth requesting a demo of NetTutor just to see what it offers. Maybe you'll find that it has everything you are looking for...maybe not.
Just thought I'd throw this idea out there for you.
Thank you for your follow up and the additional information.

Thomas, Florida SouthWestern State College uses Tutor.com, which is available as a Canvas integration through an LTI in the Apps Center. Instructors can drop links to the external app into their modules as appropriate, and students access the service through their SSO, Students in my writing-intensive courses were able to get fully online, one-on-one, live tutoring 24/7.
Thank you for the information Stefanie.
