Feedback: Canvass "help" is a frustrating experience for a student

I'm a student, and want to showcase my work in ePortfolio.
I found the ePortfolio UI very difficult to use and some "critical" features missing.  Where to find help?
The help experience is very frustrating.  I just want to get my work done, but I'm offered the opportunity to join communities ...many of which have nothing to do with me.  I don't want to become a Canvass expert, and I don't want to join communities that are of interest to admins and instructors.
In some section of the help I was offered the choice of identifying myself as instructor, admin, student, or (4th option forgotten). I imagine that choice would filter the information appropriately for me.  Nonetheless, there was no information about a topic that I was looking for (deleting an ePortfolio page). 

Canvass offers me the opportunity to ask a question or start a discussion, but does not provide an option for feedback that could improve the site.  I guess that shows how interested Canvass is in hearing suggestions for improvement.
