So I performed the simple app install in my Live/Prod platform for my only Account.
For two weeks I tried to understand why there was just a blank empty white screen; then I was told by my Canvas success manager that a "step" was performed on their end in order to complete installation, now Im wondering what else on the back-end must be done by everyone. These are unknowns I cannot uncover from my own research of public documentation.
When a user tries to authenticate we get this attached/featured image pop-up screenshot prompt.
What must I complete in Microsoft Admin Console (and maybe Azure) in order to finalize this installation.
