The majority of my users are unable to log in to the community. Here are the steps they take:
1. Sign on using our SSO (OneLogin)
2. Access Canvas.
3. Access the Community through the Canvas Help option.
4. Arrive at the Community (no issues)
5. Click "Log In"
6. Get this screen:
Anyone else experience a similar issue? I've contacted Canvas Support several times which hasn't resulted in a solution.
Is it an issue with OneLogin?
I have no problems logging in with Chrome but I get the issue when I attempt with Safari.
