I have a new chromebook and when I log into canvas the icons are too big and the formatting is so off that I can't access the courses I am taking
Jolene, I don't have a Chromebook, but it sounds like a screen resolution issue. My recommendation is to try and change the Zoom in your Chrome browser settings to a lower percentage (so less than 100%) and see if that makes a difference.

It is not a screen resolution issue. We are having the same problem with class sets of Chromebooks. Some of the chromebooks have the problem, others do not. They are all in kiosk mode (wipes settings every restart) and they all have the same configuration. I am going to open a tech ticket. I will update this thread when I get an answer.
