How do you change the order of the course cards on the dashboard. I have 8 classes listed, 4 of them I have already taught or taken so I dont need to see them on top. How do I move them on the bottom and have my 4 active classes on top?
Danielle Reinhardt, you can remove the old ones from the dashboard using these directions - How do I customize my Courses list as an instructor? Or, you can rearrange the order of the cards using this - Sorting Dashboard Course Cards
Hope this helps!
So I read the information and have no clue as to what any of this is telling me. I do not know what Java script, Grease monkey, or any of the other things that are on these answers are. I am an instructor and just want someone to tell me simple step by step instructions to sort my course cards without me having an IT degree to do so. Is there an easier way?

Here are the quick installation instructions from that resource.
The quick installation instructions are:Install a browser add-on: Greasemonkey for Firefox or Tampermonkey for Chrome/Safari.Install the Dashboard Card Sorter script
The quick installation instructions are:
For #1 pick Greasemonkey or Tampermonkey (based on the browser you are using) and then click on it and follow the directions to install it. Then click on the link in #2. This installs the actual script. If you are using Chrome you should then be able to go to your course dashboard and rearrange your course cards. If you are using Firefox then restart your browser and you should be able to then go and rearrange your course cards.
