In a classroom, the teacher reports about 2/3 of her students log into Canvas and then it kicks them out immediately. Thoughts?#crash
Hi Misty - I'm sorry to hear that students are being kicked out of their Canvas App. If the devices are up-to-date and the most recent version of the mobile app is installed on each device, I would submit an official ticket to Canvas Support. Once you get a response, it would be awesome if you could loop back to this conversation and provide an update. That way, if others experience the same issue, they'll have a starting point for their own troubleshooting.

I don't want to bother them. It will be a week before I make my way back

Hi Misty Hall -- I hope you are doing well! I wanted to take a minute to check-in with you. Were you able to connect with the teacher who reported the crashing? How are things going?? Were you able to fix the issue? If you could, an update would be fantastic.
Unfortunately, we are still having those issues. We had an e-learning day
today. The teachers who struggled with that happening used google
classroom instead. Our tech dept is on the case and hopefully it will get
resolved. It is so strange! Sorry I didn't have good news.

I wanted to check in with you to see if those students were still having issues logging in to the Canvas Student app. Have you been able to touch base with the instructor to see if this is still an on-going issue? Maybe an update to the app and/or the OS has resolved the issue by now? If you could please come back to this thread to give an update for us, that would be helpful. For now, I'm going to mark your question as "Assumed Answered" because we've not seen much activity in this thread for over two months.
