A course I am not enrolled in is showing up in my registered courses. I have full access to the course info, but I have never enrolled in this course.

You posted this to the Canvas Community, which is group of fellow Canvas users around the world offering each other assistance on various Canvas-related things, but we do not have access to your specific institution's Canvas site nor to your list of courses.
It appears from your email address that your best bet may be to head to MU's Tech Support area: Mizzou Canvas, Blackboard, e-Portfolio (Sakai), Mizzou Online Self-Paced . I might recommend, however, that you check in with all of your instructors if you have not already to make sure that they did not perhaps make some arrangements for students to be in a separate course site as part of attending a class that you did enroll in. (That's a long shot, I admit.) Depending on how Canvas enrollments are handled at Missouri, you also want to make sure that they do not think you are enrolled in that course through your registrar's office or student information system. But the bottom line is: head to Mizzou's Tech Support and see what they can find out for you.

Karis Blakely, I'm not sure if you realized it or not, but this is the global Community of all Canvas users. We're here to help as much as we can, but don't have access to course or Institution specific information. Thus for a question like yours you will need to contact Canvas Support at your school. If you're not sure how to do this you can click on the Help link in Canvas and Report a Problem.
