It is saying that I am unauthorized to login to canvas when I try and enter from OCPS' Launchpad and do not have permission to access. Then it says to click the help tab on canvas, but there is just a blank screen. Can you please fix it?

The members of this forum don't have access to your school's account and are not able to help with specific login issues such as the one you've described.
The first thing I'd do is to make sure you have entered your school credentials correctly in Launchpad. If that isn't working, and since the Help tab is returning a blank screen for you, please send your help request in the form of an email to email@example.com so a member of our Support team can get you the assistance you need.
