Sac State is working on our long-term contract for Canvas and we'd appreciate any feedback from existing customers on the various support level options Instructure offers. Does your campus have "Tier 1" support (includes support for end users), "24x7 Support", or "Basic Support"? Is your campus happy with your existing support level? Would you recommend a different support level during our LMS transition phase than you would in the long-term?
