We are in the process of switching from Blackboard to Canvas. In Bb, some departments have system-created shells into which they put resource materials, and we hand-enroll faculty into them as needed. Usually one or two people are designated as the 'instructor' so they can add materials.
Somewhere in the Canvas guides/training I have seen a level of group access that does not use a full Canvas course, but gives the group a limited shell to work in. I believe it's at a higher level than a course. Could someone explain what this might be called, and where I can find documentation on how to set this up?
