I am a course manager at ITC and I received a message from two students saying that they can't access to the canvas platform (since Friday). Apparently, there isn't any error message, just a loading icon...All the teachers can access to the course, so this seems to be just a problem for the students. Can you help me with this? Thank you.

This is really helpful info, Ana. Your best bet here will be to get in contact with Canvas Support. I'd suggest using the help link on the left side (see How do I get help with Canvas as an instructor?) and giving them a call asking about student accessibility from those areas during that specific date range.
