3C Media embed code in Canvas has scroll bars

When I paste video embed code from 3C Media into the HTML Editor of a Canvas page and click Save, all is well -- as long as I don’t switch to the Rich Content Editor.

 

However, if I go to the Rich Content Editor (upon pasting, or later) scroll bars appear in the video frame:

 

 

I can get rid of the scroll bars by adjusting the pixels of the frame from ....

This adjustment fixes it, but we tire of having to do this for every video! We would love to get to the bottom of it.

 

Note: the scroll bars immediately appear if I paste the embed code using the Insert/edit media button in the Rich Content Editor.
