Hello, I have a canvas account that is observing my daughter's account. It works fine online, but when I try to use the mobile app (Canvas Parent), I get the message "There are no students associated with your account". Can anyone help?
Hi Chris ~ I'm sorry to hear that you're running into some issues with Canvas Parent.
I assume that you're using the same log-in information you established with your Observer account. With that, you should expect to see your daughter's courses upon opening Canvas Parent.
Here are a few things that may be helpful to look at...I'm guessing here a little so we can better trouble-shoot with you.
