Is there a way I can bulk export multiple course gradebooks at one time? I would like to export the gradebooks for an entire term (or the information that is in there) without having to go into each course and do an individual export.
Hey there, Coulton Woodger a belated Welcome to the Community.
Maybe we can try zooming out and asking what the purpose of getting the gradebooks out would be? There are several ways to go about this, mostly from the back end of the LMS via API Calls, but this is where others might suggest going the route of getting Canvas Data Services and RedShift (see To Redshift or Not to Redshift... that is my question for some info on it)
Do you need complete gradebooks? Or can you go around and do some data shuffling in Excel using the How do I view reports for an account? guide and the Grade Export Report
Hopefully some of these are avenues you can pursue! I'll go ahead and share this with the Higher Education and K-12 groups for some more experience on the matter.

Hi there, Coulton Woodger...
Checking in with you because we've not heard from you in over two months since you first posted this question here in the Canvas Community website. It looks like Roxanne Conroy and Adam Williams have given you some good feedback here so far. Have you had an opportunity to review their comments? Did either of their replies help to answer your question? Do you have any outstanding questions yet as it relates to your initial question? If you feel that Roxanne's or Adam's response has helped to answer your question, please go ahead and mark it as "Correct". However, if you are still looking for some help, please let the Community know by posting a message below so that we can continue to assist you. For now, since we've not heard from you in quite a while and since there hasn't been any new activity in this thread since September 26th, I am going to mark your question as "Assumed Answered", but that won't prevent you or others from posting additional questions or comments below that are related to this topic. Hopefully that's alright with you, Coulton. Looking forward to hearing back from you soon.
