I have given access to Accenture folks to complete Basic Certification, but they did not receive any link or pop up on the dashboard to complete the certification.
Request you to suggest on the issue.
Hi Mohan Yenugula - You may have not realized it, but you posted your question to the worldwide Canvas Community space, where fellow Canvas users exchange ideas and, indeed, ask questions, though yours sounds like it was to be directed to someone at your institution...which appears to be CASS Software. You should contact someone in your IT support area. Within Canvas itself, there may be a link directly to your support area but if not you may want to simply send an email or call them.
