I am assuming that the content you are trying to access from within Apex Learning is a third-party integration that either your instructor or your school has integrated into the Canvas interface by way of what's called "LTI". Have you reached out to your instructor yet to see if he/she can be of help? This would be my first recommendation in this case because your instructor may need to do something on his/her end or even get in touch with the Apex Learning technical support team if there is an issue. In order to contact your instructor, you can click on the "Help" icon on the left side of your Canvas environment. Then, select "Ask Your Instructor a Question". You'll be able to select the name of your course and send your instructor a message.
