My Canvas is not sending or transmitting when I have attachments.
Can somebody help me solve this problem or let me know what is the issue?
Kristi, what Internet browser are you using? Internet Explorer? Normally when students have this type of issue it's because they're using Internet Explorer. My recommendation (regardless of what browser you're using) is to switch to a different browser - ex: Firefox or Chrome. This normally fixes the problem!

Oh my gosh thank you SO much! I have been stressing and frustrated over this for weeks. It won't work when I use FireFox or Google Chrome but I tried it on Internet Explorer and it is finally working. I wonder if I need to get the updated versions.
