See screenshots. On one assignment, the toolbar is there, and on the other, it is not. Help!
Your screenshots include student's names and graded work. You should replace them with the student information blurred out to maintain student privacy (FERPA regulations).
I'm not sure why it's not displaying a toolbar on one and not the other, but I did notice that the one without the toolbar was a .pdf file but it had an extra dot in the filename. The one with the toolbar was a .docx file without an extra dot in the name. Perhaps someone else will have additional information, but I wanted to let you know about the student names before too many people saw it.
Good point about the students' names. But, not the case with the .pdf. None of the students' papers got the toolbar to come up regardless of the file format.
I replaced the screenshots so that the students' names are not visible.
