A couple of student's in the same course receive the following message:
Quiz Error
There was a problem with the Canvas request. Failure reason: a quiz submission already exists. Error report ID: 735572.
Has anyone had this error show up and what is the solution? I have 4 out of 25 students with this issue. They have logged completely off and back on and that hasn't worked.

I've not seen that particular error before but I'm wondering if a course teacher edited the quiz or changed its settings after students had started to take it. I recommend that you log a support ticket with Instructure. Give them the details of the course and quiz where the problem occurs then an engineer should be able to trace what's going wrong.
