It seems that ever since a recent update, students have to go through extra steps to export a file from Canvas to Notability. Has anyone else been having this problem? They must launch it into Safari, download it, then open in Notability. (This happens on an iPad)
This may or may not be related, but on the teacher side on a laptop I cannot do a preview of any PDF's I post on pages. When I click on the preview icon, it disappears but nothing ever loads. This problem started happening in the last couple weeks. It is happening for other teachers as well.
Please help resolve! Thanks!
