Having issues with Films on Demand embedded clips

Embedded Films on Demand videos sometimes show as a gray box with the words: The webpage at might be temporarily down or it may have moved permanently to a new site. 


Sometimes they work, sometimes they don't.  They sometimes work on one computer while simultaneously not working on a different one (same browser).  


I called Canvas and they said they didn't know why it was doing it and didn't have any fix for it.  Has anyone else experienced this issue and have any fixes?  Currently, I e-mail my students the playlist I've created on Films on Demand, then they can leave Canvas to watch the video off of the playlist- but the whole point of embedding videos is to make it seamless.  


I've embedded them using the Films on Demand button as well as using the HTML code.  It doesn't seem to make a difference.
