Hey there everyone, I am a first time student and ive enrolled in three courses for this upcoming Spring semester, my question is why when I am in dashboard and go to view my courses its telling me that I currently have to courses that I can view, is it because the semester hasn't started yet? or is there something else wrong?
Hi ryan. There can be several reason why you might not be able to see a course yet. This link describes a few of these.
Why can't I access my Course as a student?
I would guess that the course has not been published yet, but you could try contacting IT or the Canvas support at your institution to verify this. You could also use the help button in Canvas to contact Instructure's support team to see if they can see you are registered for another class. Before either of these I would check the Courses tab (just below the Dashboard tab) to see if the course appears there.
