Hello... I have a free-for-teachers account.
One of my students recently forgot her password and informed me that she clicked on the recovery link and never received a new password or email indicating what to do next. She did check her spam. This also happened to another student of mine a week ago.
She has already progressed in the course and we would not want her to have to start again with an entirely new account.
Does anyone know why they might not be receiving these messages?
AND... Are there other options for someone to recover their password?
