Members (Students) cannot view Scheduler Appts

I am the President of an organization at my school and when I add a new meeting or event on the scheduler, only some of the members are able to reserve a spot. Many of them cannot even see the event to even try to sign up for it and this is causing me a lot of unnecessary stress as a student. Why aren't all members of the course able to see this and how do I fix it? The FAQ is not helping me in this matter.
