When running an LTI report from the admin settings page to determine which courses are using Quizzes.Next what "tool_type_name" and/or "tool_type_id" should be listed?

In my experience, the LTI report only returns one line because the LTI is integrated at the account level. The tool type is "Quiz-Lti" and the launch URL is "https: //ucsc.quiz-lti-iad-prod.instructure.com/lti/launch".  I was able to get information about who had used the tool in the User Access Tokens report and looking for "Quiz LTI (moderation) IAD". In order to get the course info, one of our programmers used the API. I believe he keyed on the URL "https://ucsc.quiz-lti-iad-prod.instructure.com/lti/launch" where "ucsc" is our school. Let me know if you want more detail on the configuration of the API-based report.
