Mobile Apps - Student and Parent not showing grades correctly?

Is anyone else experiencing these issues?  

 

We have filed tickets and spoken with our CSM, but not yet resolved.  

 

Since the student and parent app releases in late January, there have been some major problems showing grades with the apps.

 

  • Student App - iOS - We are seeing 'ungraded' on the course card on the dashboard.   If a student clicks into the course, then clicks grades, they can see a grade, but it is incorrect because it is showing "All grading Periods" rather than the current grading period.  
  • Student App - Android - Students see a grade on the course card on the dashboard, however the grade is incorrect because it is showing "All grading Periods" rather than the current grading period.  
  • Parent App iOS - Courses show 'ungraded'.  Unlike the student app, there is no way to get further detail or change grading periods.  
  • Parent App Android - Course cards show a grade, but the grade is incorrect because it is showing "All grading Periods" rather than the current grading period.  Again, unlike the student app, there is no way to get further detail or change grading periods in the parent app.
