How does one represent "whenever" in a term field?
If you have the appropriate admin permissions, you should be able to edit the term and change the end date for access. Apparently if you leave the second date blank, it defaults to "term end", so you'll need to add an actual date. We keep teacher access open for 120 days after the term (to work with students who have incompletes) so we do the math and then put in the specific date. This guide should help: How do I add a new term in an account? (It covers editing as well as adding).
"Whenever" appears in the term access info if there isn't a date. We see it before access dates are assigned for certain roles (Teachers, TA's, Designers), or if the access dates are removed. But I'm not sure if you're asking how to make it say "whenever" (remove the dates) or why it says "whenever"?
I would like faculty to be able to access their courses after the term date. It current says at term end and I would like it to say "whenever". Not sure where the setting is for that.
