In the past I could download lectures and listen to them when travelling. Since coming from CANVAS I cant see how to do this. Can you help.
This would largely depend on some of the tools your institutions use and how your lecturer chooses to put the files into Canvas.
If they use a tool such as Kaltura or Arq, the institution may have a setting which either permits, or disables the ability to download.
If they have uploaded the video straight into Canvas and made the 'Files' area available, including the contents, you could download the video from there.
If you could possibly provide a screenshot of the screen showing the video, and describe how you get to it, that would provide me some better hints as to how RMIT has their videos set up. I can hopefully then point you in a more specific direction.
