HTML5 on the iOS app

I'm working on a course right now that has a bunch of narrated PowerPoints. I used Adobe Captivate 8 to convert them to HTML5 presentations. When I upload them to Canvas, I link to the index.html file. If I just leave it like that, when I try to open the lecture on my desktop, I just get a spinning grey wheel on the screen and it never actually loads. But, if I go into the html editor and delete "download?wrap=1" from the filepath, it loads just fine. It doesn't open in the Canvas window, but I'm not too concerned about that. It works well enough for me.

The big problem is when I try to access it on an iPad (iOS 8.3). If I use the Canvas app, it just takes me to a blank screen and nothing loads. If I use Safari, it will show the spinning grey circle, but nothing ever loads. Does anyone know how to get these HTML5 objects to work on iOS?
