I am unable to see feedback from professors. When I click on "view feedback" there is a message that pops up that says, "Oops! Something went wrong!". Please help!
Hi, Tiffany Hollonand Welcome to the Canvas Community! This could arise from a variety of issues; however, the members of the Canvas Community don't have access to specific courses and accounts, whereas a member of Canvas Support would, so please use the Help menu in your global navigation and select the Report a Problem option to get assistance (How do I get help with Canvas as a student?). I was also able to find this help screen on your school's website: IT @ Miami IT@Miami and noticed that it has chat and telephone support options. Good luck!
