Is there any third party application or LTI Calendar tool available which can be used instead of Canvas calendar?
It depends on what you want to do with the calendar. Generally, two-way syncing does not work and you can export from Canvas to another calendar but not import items from another calendar into Canvas.
Canvas uses the iCal format feed. This means you can use Google Calendar, Apple Calendar, Outlook, Yahoo Calendar, or any other program that supports the iCal format.
You can check out the Calendar sections of the Canvas Instructor Guide or Canvas Student Guide for information on what can be done and how to set things up.

You may benefit from reading this thread: Import calendar from ICS file
I have checked the link and the idea still in production radar since 2015.
Can I consider there are no other Calendar application available in the market with an ICS import feature which can be integrated with Canvas?
There was a post there by someone who had an LTI and provided a link to it on GitHub.
