Okay...this is odd. I’ve killed the app and restarted but have the same result.
I know I have things that need grading. The app knows I have things that need grading, (see red number), but none of them are showing up.
Wow Polly Robinson, that is odd. It appears you are in the To Do items area of the app, correct? I know the badge shows you have things to grade, but do you really? What I mean, is the badge incorrect? Or is the To Do list not working properly? If you go into the course and look at assignments, are there items that need to be graded?
Sorry for all the questions, but this is quite interesting.
I was in the ToDo and the badge count was accurate. I deleted the app, reinstalled, and that fixed it.
Until it didn't.
The next time I had items to grade it happened again.

Eek, that's not good. If you are on the latest version of the app, then I suggest you contact your local (or Canvas) support to report this issue. I can't replicate it on my side and I haven't heard of the issue in the community or at our school. Let me know if you have any luck (or not) with support and I'll follow up with my channels as well.
There has been a few Canvas Teacher bug fix updates in the last couple of weeks. Have these fixed your issue? Thanks!

Nope, not fixed. Issue is still ongoing. I think I recall Ryan or someone mentioning that this is a bug they're looking into.
Still waiting on a fix for this one. Once I see it hit the store, I'll ping you to test it out.
I am experiencing something similar. The iOS app shows I have things to grade, but when I log into the dashboard on my PC, it shows I'm all caught up.

I would suggest you report a ticket to Canvas or your local support so they can put in a ticket. The more instance of this issue (and information) will help towards a fix.
