Since your question is about Evolve (I believe this is a third-party integration?), there might be a few people here that may be able to assist you, but the majority of people here in the Canvas Community probably don't have access to Evolve and would not be able to provide support for it. Have you tried reaching out to the Evolve folks to see if they have any possible solutions? Have you reached out to your school's Online Learning (or similarly titled) department to see if they might be able to assist?
