I need to file a help ticket but can't even log in to file it. How do I file the ticket? status.instructure.com is reporting all green, but I can't get any responsiveness on either of my colleges' systems.
If you are having issues with Canvas you can always email firstname.lastname@example.org to get support, but if you're having issues with other systems at you college you will need to find their support email address or phone number and call them.
