Having trouble with external tool. Some students cannot open the assignment using office 365 LTI. What might be the problem?
I am going to share this over with the Canvas User Group: Office 365 to see if someone in there can assist you with your question.
We are also having a problem with adding documents with the external tool (in modules) as they cannot be accessed.
Support advised us not to use the external tool and to just to copy and paste the sharing link and add via external url but this is throwing up an error message: 'this content cannot be displayed in a frame'
We now have some complex instructions around editing the iframe code which will be beyond most of our staff unfortunately!
The external tool definitely seems to not be working as expected, or as it used to for us.
