I am trying to make a quiz on Canvas and I get it all set up and save it, but my multiple due dates do not save. This has happened before. I do not understand why this is happening. Can someone please help???
Tim, I'm sorry to hear that you're having this problem. Have you tried this in different Internet browsers? I'd try an updated version of Firefox and/or Chrome (try switching if you were already using one of these). If this doesn't help, then my recommendation is to take a screen shot of your settings and share it with us. That way we can take a look and see if something sticks out as what might be causing the issue.
I tried the suggestions of updating Chrome and Firefox...neither worked.

You might want to take a screenshot of the problem, or even make a short video (using SnagIt or Screenr or something like that) and submit it to Canvas Support. They may be able to look further into the issue and find out what's going on. Hope it gets figured out!
I also tried Firefox and Chrome and neither work. I had this problem last year as well when I tried to set up different due dates for quizzes for each of my classes within a course. It is happening again this school year.
