As my courses get larger, the mechanism I have used for asking for help, regrades, etc. is showing signs of strain. I am currently using an email list that goes to myself and TAs as the primary mechanism for issues.
I would like to migrate to a more formal issue tracker, which allows assigning of tasks to particular people and a way of declaring an issue resolved.
Has anyone used an issue tracker for a Canvas course - hopefully one that integrates into Canvas? I know of many stand-along products, but I would like to avoid having a plethora of tools for people to sign into.
