Gradebook Export is not working

I am trying to export my grades from Canvas into a CSV file. I have followed all the instructions here:How do I export grades from the Gradebook? 

 

Currently, the "Export" button is grayed out and says "Exporting..." but the file is not exporting to my computer. It has been this way for at least 15 minutes. I have closed my browser, and even opened Canvas in another browser, and the button is still grayed out, which means I cannot attempt to restart the export process. 

 

If I switch gradebook to "Individual View", I can select the link to download the previously generated CSV file. However, when I click on that link, I receive this error:

 

Any ideas to be able to download this data? thank you!
