How to embed a <script> tag into every page?

I have a 3rd party Javascript script (well, Cookiebot), that detects if the user has accepted/agreed to the GDPR policies. The Javascript is to be deployed as a single line as follows *on every page across the entire Canvas instance*:

<script id="Cookiebot" src="https://consent.cookiebot.com/uc.js" data-cbid="12345678-abcd-1234-abcd-0123456789ab" type="text/javascript" async></script>

Obviously I can't create a single HTML page and embed this in it as an iFrame, since this needs to be active and run on every page in my Canvas instance. At first thought, I assumed that this would need to be a part of my already modified global JS, but there's no way, as far as I know, to embed the JS inside my global JS. Or is there?

Can anyone help?

Thanks in advance.
