We are having issues with one faculty member not being able to log into Canvas. We keep getting Invalid Username or Password. Our system is set up that the password is the same for Canvas as it is for email. She IS able to log into email. So we wanted to delete her Canvas account and start over.
We have tried using the "Delete from College" link from with Name and Email section of the profile page.
We have also tried using a SIS import with the status marked as "deleted".
Is there another way within an Admin control to delete a user?
Any help is greatly appreciated!

This is not official, and I don't know of any official documentation, but perhaps somebody else will help us.
Deleting users from Canvas is incredibly more difficult than it should be, because their primary user ID appears to never go away! I am assuming you deleted the user, then tried to add her back in only to have Canvas tell that the user ID already existed - this is what happens to everybody as far as I know.
So this is how we do it:
Alternately, Canvas Support can work magic on their back end to remove the user, but this way works, and there is no need to call mommy for help. Not that I'm opposed to calling mommy, just prefer to save that for real emergencies.
