We have a student who is continuing to receive notifications on her phone for a course that she dropped. I confirmed she is no longer in the course, but she is receiving instructor updates. Any ideas?
Rob, sounds like a case for Canvas Support! I’ve never heard of that happening at our school and I’ll be interested to hear what’s going on with this!
