I continue to try to log into the mobile app, but it says that I do not have an account. Yet, I have followed the e-mail links, am in my online class room, and can log into this site. Is there a trick to making the mobile app work?
Hello, Jessica Morris Welcome to the Canvas Community! To be clear, you're attempting to access your courses through the Canvas Student App, is that correct? If so, please try typing in the first few letters or words of the URL you use to access Canvas on a desktop browser (something like [name-of-school].instructure.com]). The instructions are here: How do I log in to the Student app on my iOS device?
If that doesn't surface your school's account in the app, please ask local support at the school if they have enabled mobile access ("mobile smart search") for their Canvas courses. Hope this helps!
