Is there a modulo division (%) operator in the Formula Question for quizzes?

There is not a mod() function. There is a list of the available functions available as a PDF file.
You can create your own function, though, using the floor() function.
If you need x%2, sometimes written as mod(x,2), then you can use x-2*floor(x/2)
A generalized version for integers x and a non-zero integer k is
x%k = mod(x,k) = x - k*floor(x/k)
