I am using this platform for my company users do not have an account yet. How do I invite users who do not have an account yet? I've tried to add people, enter an email address, but the user has not received an email invitation yet..
Do you have admin access to your instance? If you do you can create users in the following way.
In the Admin tab click on your instance and then click on the People tab
In the right-hand corner, click on the + People tab to bring up the dialog box where you will add the user information.
Enter the users' information and if you want to notify them, make sure the checkbox that will notify users is checked. Click Add User when you are done and you should be good to go at that point.
You can then add them to courses since they will now be in the system.
