Our parents are still getting the old child's name and child's password when creating an account. All looks good on our admin panel....is the paring code feature not turned on yet?

How are your parents signing up? Was the second screen shot from web or mobile?
The pairing codes should be "live" now!
Let me know how the districts' families are trying to connect to Canvas Parent or are trying to initiate Observer accounts (yes, they are one-in-the-same!!). I'm happy to collaborate and troubleshoot.
