I didn't have this problem the last time.
I want to attach a new file to a course module. When I attempt to do so a pop-up says "failed to create a new Item". What am I missing this time around?
I just tested this in a sandbox, and it is working just as expected.
If this fails to work, I would strongly suggest submitting a support ticket.
Thank you very much for responding so quickly. It appears your “ticket” suggestion was right on target. Other people have been having this same problem which leads us to believe there is not enough space to accommodate what remains to be put on.
