I have been locked out of my assignments for the past few days but I can still log in to my course. I sent a message to PCHS Student Canvas Tutorial Center(Lessie Adcock) but she has not responded.
Can someone help?
I'm not sure if you realized or not but you actually posted in the Canvas community which is where users of Canvas come together to help each other with ideas of how to use and make Canvas better for everyone.
Unfortunately we in the community cannot assist you with this because we do not have access to your schools instance.
Within Canvas you should see a "Help" button and within Contact Canvas Support or something similar. I would suggest copying them as well as email your schools help desk as both of them should be able to assist you or help you get in touch with your instructor.
You have asked your question in the global Canvas Community, and none of us have access to individual Canvas accounts and courses.
However, I am not going to leave you totally high-&-dry.
Your best bet at this point is to contact your instructor, because there are too many variables to speculate about.
