I have user that gets this error message every time she tries to view her courses in the catalog - "Sorry! There was an error retrieving your data. Please try reloading the page, or try again later."
We went through the usual clear your cache, try a different browser, try logging in again, but nothing is working for her. When I act as her, I can't replicate the same error. Before I direct her to Canvas help, has anyone seen this issue before?
